Chilled Water Coils

Chilled water coils are tube-fin heat exchangers consisting of 4-12 rows of tubes usually that pass through sheets of formed fins, bonded through tube expansion. Our water coils come with various tube, fin and material options. As warm air passes across the coil and contacts the cold surface, heat transfers from the water flowing through the tubes to the air entering the coil. Entering chilled water temperatures range from 40 – 55 degrees depending on the specifications. Chilled water coils have many different applications including De-humidification; Nationwide Coils, Inc. has the capabilities to provide you with the exact chilled water coil to meet your rigorous specifications.

Our coil software selection programs allows us to work with our customers to me there specific needs. We are able to customize the materials of construction, set entering air conditions, adjust CFM and flow rates to meet every customers needs for there chilled water coil.
