Get Ready for Hot Water Coil Season
This weekend's cold blast of air served as a reminder that heating season is here! Hot water coils are essential to making sure the facility is being heated properly to get through the long winter.
It's common for hot water coils to be constructed both with and without a header. Hot water coils with no header are called booster coils.
Hot water coils can be constructed with 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" tubing. Most hot water coils are either 1 or 2 rows, rarely will you see more.
Whether you are looking to replace the current existing hot water coil or size a new one, you will want to make sure you have certain information readily available.
