Freeze Block®: Keep Coils Intact and Systems in Service
Eliminate coil rupture with Freeze Block, patented technology that protects HVAC coils from bursting during a freeze event. When a coil begins to freeze, the Freeze Block valve opens and discharges fluid to drain before pressure can rupture the coil — preventing costly damage, building shutdowns and system downtime. The Freeze Block valve reseats automatically and works without relying on any controls or power. Available for replacement chilled water, hot water and steam coils.
Smart Coil: Makes Freeze Block Even Smarter
Smart Coil connects Freeze Block to your building automation system (BAS). The Smart Coil technology monitors the Freeze Block valve and sends a signal when the valve deploys, allowing your BAS to activate a programmed response. With Smart Coil, your team is alerted to a system problem allowing them to investigate the root cause and prevent recurring issues.
Thermo-Pack®: Engineered for Your Facility
Old steam systems waste energy and require constant maintenance. Thermo-Pack replaces standard shell-and-tube equipment with a compact, skid-mounted, shell-and-coil heat exchanger.
